Payment Terms and Conditions

• You maybe eligible for initial payment refund ($250) if cancelled 7 days prior to the start date

• Please note that the module/lab access fee are non-refundable .

• Course Completion: Students must complete the program within the specified time frame. Failure to complete the program within the allotted time will result in forfeiture of the course fee, and no refunds will be given.

• Course Materials: All course materials will be provided to the students by Cybereve. These materials are the property of Cybereve and are for the sole use of the enrolled student. Unauthorized duplication or distribution of course materials is strictly prohibited.

• Course Cancellation: Cybereve reserves the right to cancel the program at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation, students will receive a full refund of the course fee.

• Student Conduct: Cybereve expects all students to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner during the program. Any student who engages in disruptive behavior or violates any of the terms and conditions outlined herein may be subject to dismissal from the program without refund.

• Liability: Cybereve is not liable for any damages or losses that may arise from the student's participation in the Cybersecurity-CompTIA Pathway Program

• Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Cybereve is located.
