CompTIA - Payment policy

  • Initial Payment: Upon registration, an initial payment of $250 is due to secure your spot in the course. This payment is refundable.

  • Module and Lab Access: Prior to the course start date, a payment of $750 must be made to gain access to the course modules and labs. This payment is non-refundable.

  • Remaining Balance: The remaining balance of $1,550/$2,000 can be paid in either a 4-week or 6-week instalment plan, depending on the course duration. All payments are due every Tuesday for 4 or 6 consecutive weeks, starting from the start date.

  • Late Payments: Any late payments may result in a delay in accessing course materials and participation. It is essential to adhere to the agreed payment schedule to maintain uninterrupted access to the program.

  • Payment Methods: Payments can be made through the accepted methods outlined by Cybereve Technologies, including credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other specified payment options.

  • Payment Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your payment and providing further instructions, if applicable.

  • Non-Transferability: Course fees and payments are non-transferable and may not be assigned or transferred to another individual.

  • Refunds and Cancellations: Please note that the module/lab access fee are non-refundable . If you wish to cancel your participation in the course, kindly refer to our cancellation policy for further details on eligibility for refunds, if applicable.( You maybe eligible for initial payment refund ($250) if cancelled 7 days prior to the start date)

  • Disputes: In the event of any disputes or issues concerning payments, please reach out to our customer support team at to initiate a resolution process.

  • Modification of Payment Terms: Cybereve Technologies reserves the right to modify the payment terms and conditions, including fees and payment schedules, at its discretion.
